Almost there!

Danny's pilot training is going really well, and on April 2nd he has his "track select." This means his second phase of Pilot Training is done and he gets to pick which track he will go to next. The T-38 track is if he wants to fly fighters or bombers, and the T-1 track is if he wants to fly heavies or cargo planes. Both of these tracks are continued at Laughlin. The other track is T-44's and this is if he wants to fly C-130's which is a cargo plane. The Air Force has joint training with the Navy, so if he wants this, we will be moving to Corpus Christi in April to finish his pilot training there. Whether he gets his first choice or not is dependant upon how well he does in the class. He will be getting an evaluation soon that will somewhat let him know where he stands.

We have a big decision to make on which track he wants. We are weighing things like, base locations, deployment schedules, needs of the Air Force for the specific aircraft, etc. Please keep us in your prayers that we can make the best decision for us!
