The Boyscouts from around the SA area, all come out and put flags at each grave for Memorial Day. There are over 121,000 military members buried here.

Memorial Day 2009
For Memorial Day this year, my momma, grandparents and I went out to Ft Sam to honor those who courageously served our country. When Danny and I have children, I want to make this a tradition.....going out to Ft. Sam. I pray that they will understand the prices others had to pay for the freedoms they enjoy.
